Russian tourist begging for help in Chao Anouvong Park, as he was attacked and wallet stolen !!!!

Vientiane: a  Russian tourist with assistance from local people put a sign for help at Chao Anouvong Park in the evening of October 9, 2017.

This sign said that:

I was attacked !

Passport stolen

Wallet Stolen

No Money

Embassy Russian No Help

Please help me.....

Local people provide additional information that this tourist name (not willing to disclose) who stays at Funky Monkey Hostel near Mekong River, Vientiane. He was attacked and stolen his wallet in the afternoon of last Sunday October 8, 2017.  He also got injured from the attack. Later, Red Cross Rescue team came to help and provide him first aids.

Report also advised that he was trying to contact Russian Embassy in Vientiane, but did not get any assistant so far. Thus, he came to night market in Chao Anouvong to beg for support from shoppers.

One of Lao people name Mikan also willing to be coordinator, if anyone would like to help him, please contact 020 7783 0775.
