Bus pumped to bridge's fence on the road 13 north in Phol Hong District

Vientiane Province: local reported early morning on October 8, 2017 a bus rout Vientiane to Luang Prabang got an accident by hitting bridge's fence  (barrier) on the road number 13 North, in Ban  Phol Hor, Phol Hong District, Vientiane Province.


Bus owned by Chitpasong Yodniyom loses control after trying to avoid collision with another vehicle that was about to enter to narrow bridge. Accident happened at about 5:30 am. Fortunately, no injury.

One passenger advised that: While the bus was running on quite high speed and about to enter to the bridge, another vehicle also in high speed to the bridge. The driver of the bus immediately turned right and hit the fence of the bridge and stop their with damage. If the bus not stop, it would fall down to the steam and more damage and loses might happened.


High speed driving of public bus is well known issue and it needs really strong panelty to ensure that all drivers respect the law and driver safer.

The bus that got an accident has plate number ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ  ບຂ 2593
